On this day we got to see many areas of geothermal ground. The area had this smell of sulfur that was seeping from the cracks of the earth. Seeing this type of area made me appreciate the colours of the green vegetation back home. We went to this cute little pond area afterwards and there I found some plants that reminded me of the ones back home, and it made me a bit home sick. Luckily I have some cool friends here with me!
