First day of being in Iceland was just amazing. Getting to see all the new types of vegetation on the ground was intriguing. They don’t grow grass like we do back home. It is much more normal for them to grow moss on the Igneous rocks. However, in a few places there is enough soil that has been made for grass to take root! One place we went to was this gorgeous lake. The blue sky with the distant green grass on the hills was just a sight to see!
