Today was really cool. There was a lot to see and learn about Iceland's history and mythology. The Vikings have had a great effect on Iceland and its surrounding countries. Learning about the Vikings and how they've invaded and have played an important role in Iceland's history has been fascinating. This guy is a giant wood carving of one of the
Vikings. I found the style of the sculpture so interesting with his head and shield emphasized.
