The second day in Reykjavik I woke and ran to the Reykjavik Olympic fields and got to see their soccer practice fields and the track. The track was surrounded by a disk golf course, garden, and a campsite. After my morning run, we headed out to the meeting point of the North American and European tectonic plate. Afterward, we went to my favorite place to shoot that day, which was a black cliff side that was home to birds and surrounded by volcanic rock and small springs that use to be active. We must have spent three hours there where most locations we visited we spent no longer than an hour.
